Evelyne Rioux Moore
November 13, 1932 - June 18, 2010
Evelyne Rioux Moore, 77, of Tybee Island died June 18, 2010. Born November 13, 1932 in Detroit, Michigan, daughter of the late, Henry Ernest Rioux and Evelyn Gertrude Kline. Evelyne soon moved to Atlanta, Georgia where she attended Georgia Tech University and was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. She later moved to Tybee where she spent her final years. Evelyne loved family and friends and could always be counted on to entertain and uplift them with a warm smile, inspiring story and kind words of encouragement. Throughout her life she was at peace with herself.
She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Nicholas and Martha Moore of Bossier, LA; James and April Moore of Tybee Island; two granddaughters, one grandson and her dear friend, Georgette Neidlinger.
A private family service will be held in her memory. With Evelyne's passion for animals remembrances in her name can be made to the Milton Project for Tybee Island, P.O. Box 1237, Tybee Island, GA 31328.

did not realize that eveylyn had passed. i remember her from my days in savannah ga when she was at the port royal on river steet and her little cottage at tybee island. what a great person she was.
