Manuel Roger Rodriguez

Manuel Roger Rodriguez, 81, died March 6, 2019 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Savannah, Georgia surrounded by his wife, three sons, and daughter-in-law.

He was known to many as Roger. He was born June 29, 1937 in Sibambe, Ecuador. He left to go live his life in New York and worked hard to become a citizen and start his family. Roger lived there with his family until 2002. He sacrificed much throughout his youth and adult life to get where he was and have the family and things he had. Roger retired and moved to Savannah, Georgia with his family.

Surviving are his wife, Graciela Rodriguez, of Savannah, GA; his son, Eric Rodriguez, of Savannah, GA; his son and daughter-in-law, Steven and Theresa Rodriguez, of Savannah, GA; his son, Alex Rodriguez, of Savannah, GA; his grandchildren, Isabella, Eric Jr., and soon to be born Ezra Rodriguez, of Savannah, GA.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm on March 10, 2019, at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel.

The funeral service will be at 2:00 pm on March 10, 2019, at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel.
