Marion Eleanor Wolfe Carter
Passed away on March 05, 2019

Marion Eleanor Wolfe Carter, 84, entered into eternal rest, Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at her home in Tool, Texas. She was a resident of Chatham County for many years, which she was a member of the Bull Street Baptist Church. Marion was a graduate of the University Hospital School of Nursing in Augusta, GA. After completion of the RN program, she graduated from the University of Georgia, with her Bachelor’s degree. Marion worked as an RN at the old Candler Hospital in Savannah, GA., Parkland Hospital in Dallas, TX., University Hospital and the VA Medical Center in Augusta, GA.
Marion is survived by her life partner, Peggy Fore of Toole, TX., a brother, Charles David Wolfe, of Atlanta, GA., her daughter, Judith Carter Metz of Martinez, GA. She is also survived by three grandchildren, Christi Carter Key of Martinez, GA., Brent Garrett Ford of Jacksonville, FL., and Tyler Franklin Ford of Martinez, GA., and also three great-grandchildren, Cooper, Carter and Brenton.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at 11:00AM at the Hillcrest Abby Memorial Park - East
