We send our thoughts and prayers for your family in the lost of Noel. Noel was truly a good friend to my father during the years that my family owned Bell's Neon Sign Company. I remember many times Noel stopping by the shop and talking to Dad. Also in later years, my husband worked at Sign Mart for a few short months. May our Lord grant you peace in knowing that Heaven has received another saint.

To Cindy and the whole Bullock family. Just wanted you to know that our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. We have only been with your father a few times but he was a very interesting person to be around. 2010 has been a hard year on your family. With the grace of God we can again pull ourselves up and go on. God Bless
