Stephen Michael Walsh, Jr.

Guyton- Stephen Michael Walsh, Jr., 43, passed away suddenly of a heart attack on Sunday, October 24, 2010.
Steve was a loving husband, father, son and brother. He loved his family and took joy in sharing activities with them, whether it be fishing, cooking or playing soccer. He was also a talented athlete, body builder and an avid cyclist. He lived the majority of his life in Savannah and was a 1985 graduate of Benedictine Military School. He was preceded in death by his father, Stephen Michael Walsh, Sr. 1990.
Steve is survived by his wife, Jennifer Wilkes Walsh and their two young daughters, Makay and Morgan Walsh, all of Guyton; mother, Joann Walsh of Savannah; brother, Sean Walsh of Charleston, SC; sister and brother-in-law, Sharon Walsh Clark and Manning Clark of Guyton; nieces, Kristen and Erin Clark; nephews, Walter and Robert Clark, and several aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous friends.
Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Thursday, October 28, 2010 at Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel followed by a graveside service at the Catholic Cemetery at 2:00 p.m.
Any contributions may be made to the Stephen M. Walsh, Jr. Memorial Fund that has been set up for Steve's girls at any Darby Bank.
