Mr. Brown will be missed by all that knew him. He was a very kind and understanding person. I enjoyed seeing his smile and hearing his 'Good Morning' greeting every morning as I passed by his office door on the way to my desk; he retired during my 7th year there. Our prayers will be with you during this time.
