GUEST BOOK

The loss of a mother is never forgotten, as I lost mine 14 yrs ago. I feel I know her as was gifted her scooter by her daughter, which was more than expected, as was much needed. The family will be always in mind. Was told of her life which seemed so final, fulfilly to her peaceful walk to God's door. May you all know this to be true. She is blessed w/many angels on her shoulders. Sincerely, Michelie and Bob

So many years ago I met this young girl Donna and became friends with her, because of that I was able to meet Carla. I can remember many times going over to Carla's house to see her and she always had a kind word to say and always worried about everyone else and there problems and never let anyone know just how bad she was doing. Over the years I am sorry to say I watch Carla get sicker and suffer more in pain yet she till found a way to smile and ask how was things going in your life or at least a kind word. I was not there the last couple of days that Carla was here with us and thats because I wanted to carry the memories of how she was before she took so ill. I hope when I get older that I have the strength that Carla found and had. To Donna I am very glad that I got to know your mom and take peace in knowing that she is no longer suffering and no longer in pain and with our heavenly father and loved ones that are already there.

I had the pleasure of taking care of Mrs. Collins when she was in St. Joseph's during her last hospital stay. Despite the challenges she faced she was a very brave person. She knew exactly how she wanted to spend her last days, at home with her family. It was an honor to be able to care for her and assist in making sure she was able to fulfill this wish. Sincerely, Lori Porter, MD
