Sam Scott
Passed away on March 26, 2019
Sam had a brilliant smile and is loved by so many. Sam will be deeply missed.
Sam Scott, 63, passed away on March 26, 2019. He was a long-time resident of Savannah, Georgia, and worked as a Histologist for over 25 years, most recently employed at Gastroenterology Consultants of Savannah.
Sam was born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, to William Scott, Sr., and Joan Scott (Miller). Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife, Donna; children Christopher (Lindsay Scott), Diana, and William "Sammy" Scott, III; grandson, Conner Scott. He is also survived by siblings Colleen Forte, Bonnie Scott, Linda Scott, Thomas Scott, and Eric Scott, and several nieces and nephews.
He was an avid cyclist and in his spare time enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle. He had a brilliant smile and was loved by so many. The love he had for his family and friends, and especially his grandson, was without bounds. He had an unforgettable personality that will be missed by so many.
Family will receive visitors at Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Islands Chapel on April 1, 2019, from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM with a service to celebrate Sam’s life immediately following.
