Savannah- Sherril Veronica Boles McCoy, 52, passed away Wednesday, June 8, 2011 after a long illness.
Sherril was born in Junction City, Kansas and moved to Savannah in 1974. She attended and graduated from Chatham County schools and Draughons School of Business. Sherril was a member of Mustard Seed Faith Center and a homemaker. She will always be remembered as a loving Christian Mother.
She is survived by two sons, Joshua McCoy and Alexander McCoy, both of Guyton; mother, Barbara Shehee and her husband, Malcolm; sisters, Christine Pawloski Nolan & Kathy Causey Leonor and her husband, Ting, all of Savannah, and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and close friends.
Funeral Service: 2:00 p.m., Saturday, June 11, 2011 at Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow in the Greenwich Section of Bonaventure Cemetery.
