Richard and I are so saddened to learn of Susie's death. She was such a vibrant part of Brunson, where I grew up, and an inspiration to the William Edgar Brunson, Sr., family reunion. Her homeplace in Brunson is a 'sister' to my homeplace. Brunson will not be the same without her and Pete, who now lives in Savannah. Our love and sympathy to family and friends, Caroline Preacher Krueger

Hey Bob and Diane: So sorry to receive this news. We love Ms. Susie and she will forever be remembered. I know you and the Senator will be strong. With love, Jimmy, Trai, and Ella Ruth
