Lee Hugh Moore
April 11, 1921 - November 28, 2011
Savannah- Lee Hugh Moore, 90, passed away Monday, November 28, 2011 at Hospice Savannah.
He was a native and lifelong resident of Savannah. He graduated from Savannah High School, served in the U.S. Army during WWII and retired from the Savannah-Chatham Board of Education. He was an avid fisherman, an awesome father and a hero to his grandson. His wife, Lois Elizabeth Hart Moore and son, Terrell Eugene Moore preceded him in death.
He is survived by his grandson, Terry Moore of Augusta, GA and granddaughter, Tammy Moore-Franke of Dallas, GA.
A Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, December 2, 2011 at Bonaventure Cemetery.
