SAVANNAH, GA – William Winslow Win Dulles passed away peacefully at Hospice Savannah on December 7, 2011 at the age of 85 after a short illness.

His mother was the late Olive Paxton Glidden of Englewood, NJ and his father was the late William Winslow Dulles of Riverdale, NY.
Win is survived by his wife of fifty-five years, Patricia Sheehan Dulles; two sons, Charles Stokes Dulles of Milan, Italy and Gregory Lansing Dulles of Oak Ridge, NJ; and two daughters, Margaret Dulles DelBrocco of Phoenix, AZ and Susan Dulles Connor of Yardley, PA. A third son, William Winslow Dulles III, was killed in a motorcycle accident in Thailand in 2001. Win is also survived by his brother, Frederick H. Dulles of Charleston, SC. His sister, Edith Sylvester Berky of Dorset, VT, passed away in 2007. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; Nicolo Dulles, Katlyn and Troy Dulles, Tracy and Samantha DelBrocco, and Colin, Jared, and Keeley Connor.
Win graduated from Eaglebrook School in Deerfield, MA in 1940, from Phillips Exeter Academy in Exeter, NH in 1944 and from Princeton University in 1949. He served for two years in the Army Air Force before entering Princeton. He spent most of his business career in management positions with Volvo Cars, North America and was responsible for developing and managing their Finance Division.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm on Sunday, December 18, at Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel.
A private funeral service and interment will take place on Monday, December 19, 2011, in Savannah.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Hospice Savannah, Inc., P.O. Box 13190, Savannah, GA 31416 or St. Ignatius School, 999 Reading Ave., Yardley, PA 19067.
