Nancy, We are so sorry to hear of Kenny's passing. Kenny was a man I enjoyed working with. We worked together off and on for 22 years. Never did I hear Kenny complain about his union job or his fellow man concerning the everyday trial and tribulation we as 'railroad men' normally do. Kenny always had a answer for any question that might come up in conversation concerning or everyday life activity on the rails. Kenny would always say 'well things could be worse'. Nancy, Kenny will be missed and I pray God's peace will be with you and your family during this time of breavement.
- Dwayne & Jennifer Scurry, Waycross,, GA

Nancy and family, Kenny and I worked the North Pool to Augusta and F794 Estill Turn together for several years. We would always try to be off early on Friday when Patrick was playing football at college. Any time I would call Kenny with a question, I would say 'Sorry to bother you' and he would always say 'You're not bothering me.' We have prayed for him with our Sunday School class but God was ready for him to come home. Maybe God needed a Local Chairman up in Heaven to help him run things. We will sure miss him and I know everyone else will. Ricky Fail

Nancy, and children. I am so sorry for your loss. Kenny was one to tell it like it is. And helpful hints to my children, ones that are so helpful. Whenever he had to pick up papers UTU related, Jeff at work and I'd be home we'd talk, and I'd hear stories about the kids, and baseball, and whatever was going on at the time. Even though I had never met you all, I felt like I knew you. I will miss ours talks in the driveway about the 'kids' even though yours are grown, I heard many. I always got good pointers. Kenny was always excited to see what I was up to, gutting a room, painting crazy stuff in the driveway. And very positive, which I so appreciated. He will be missed, but never forgotten.
