Lonnie and Lynell--I am so sorry to hear about your dad. I remember when your family moved in next door! Your dad was such a nice man and always had a smile on his face. Thoughts are with you and your families. Also so sorry to see that Tom is gone.

- Barb Barbie Graul Hammond, Alton, IL

Grandpa, I was blessed to have met you. Although we only shared a few days together, I treasure those memories greatly. You will be forever in my heart.

- Annie, Grafton, IL

Daddy, you were the greatest man I ever knew. You acomplished so much. For one, you were one of the top 10 hair dressers in the nation. You were also loved by everyone you met and when you told a story or gave a talk, that voice would fill everyones head like they were a part of it. When I was 5 sitting next to you in the car I started crying and you were so supportive when I looked up at you and said 'What would I do if a tree fell on you and you died' you hugged held me tight and said with a chuckle 'No tree is gonna fall on me sweetheart' I will always remember those late nights when we went to Dukes Bakery for a snack and coffee cake for breakfast the next day. You were so happy here riding my tractor mowing the field. People tell me Im just like you. What a wonderful compliment.I have always been so proud of you. We've eaten our share of fried rabbit! You were MY daddy and always made me feel special & protected me from any worry. I will see you soon some day.

- Your only daughter Lynelle, Tallahassee, FL

My thoughts and prayers are with Edward's family at this time of loss. He was such a special person and will be missed by everyone that knew him. As he moves to another home, at least his suffering is over and there will no longer be pain. God bless all of this man's family!

We were so blessed to have 'Opa' in our lives for over 20 years. He was a model husband, step-father, grandfather. He always had kind words to say, was encourgaging, funny, and turned some of life's greatest tragedies into things that showed how your spirit can overcome adversity. We already miss him, and will miss him even more, but we were so BLESSED to have known him. Rest in peace! Love, Pam, Dan, Matthew and Logan

Grandpa K was a fantastic man. It always amazed me how he could attract perfect strangers with his personality and charm. Although we were only able to see each other a few times a year, each one of those times were great. Whether it was fishing, washing the town car or him telling me I was 'packing on the pounds', I always looked forward to seeing him. Love ya, Grandpa. Keep the man upstairs straight until we get there. Love, Brett
