Charles was one of the original “four” at the memorial gym. We shared many a war story joke or news item with the.group while on the thread mill. Charles was a great guy, friend, and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Please accept my deepest condolences on your losss.

Thinking of you and the family. I can still remember going into the pharmacy to pick up a prescription for bp medication. Charlie came out to talk to me for a while and catch up on things. Ended our conversation by asking me how I felt. When I said fine, he just leaned in and said you are going to feel worse on this medication but just hang in there it will get better. I said oh great that is just what I wanted to hear, Charlie. We both ended up having a good laugh. He will be missed.

A sad day for all of us who love Charlie. May Gods love always be with you.
- Steve Corcoran, Savannah, Georgia
I fondly remember biking with Charlie and the gang at Hardeeville and Hunter AAF. We solved a lot of the world's problems over lunch and coffee many times. I'll miss you Charlie.
