SAVANNAH – Ryan Alan Dunlop, 32, died Monday, April 16, 2012.
The Kitchener, Ontario, Canada native was a longtime resident of Wilmington, NC before moving to Savannah. He was a graduate of Laney High School in Wilmington and Johnson-Wales Culinary School in Charleston, SC.
Surviving are his parents, Jim and Gay Dunlop of Savannah; his brother, James Brandon Dunlop of Oak Park, IL; and his sister, Karen Downs, her husband, Chris, and their children, Devin Andrew and Neal Downs, all of Moultonboro, NH.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel.

Ryan inspired us all to be strong, steadfast, and unrelenting in pursuit of goals. I never met a person who did not enjoy his company and I truly mourn the loss of a man who's heart was bigger and more pure than any I have ever encountered.
