Birdie Ouida Graham Tomhave, 85, died Monday, May 21, 2012 at Hospice Savannah, Inc. She was born in Savannah, daughter of David Bland and Iola Ruth Hayslip Graham. Mrs. Tomhave was reared in Savannah and lived in the San Francisco, California bay area for many years prior to returning to Savannah in 1992. She was a member of St. Francis of the Islands Episcopal Church and a homemaker.
Surviving are her husband of 48 years, Dale W. Tomhave of Savannah; sons, Eric Tomhave and his wife, Tracy Newbold of Silver Springs, MD; Bradley Tomhave and his wife, Cindi Tomhave of Tacoma, WA; sisters, Vivian Ward of Savannah; Betty Graham of San Francisco, CA; grandchildren, Molly, Maxwell, Samantha, Olivia and Sydney Tomhave.
Visitation: 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Thursday, May 24, 2012 at Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Islands Chapel.
Funeral: 1:00 p.m., Friday, May 25, 2012 St. Francis of the Islands Episcopal Church conducted by The Reverend Stephen Norris.
Burial: Hillcrest Abbey Memorial Park.
