Thespina Brown Lenehan
Tybee Island, GA – Thespina Brown Lenehan passed away after a short illness on Friday, August 24, 2012, at Hospice House, surrounded by her loving family.
A native Savannahian, she lived most of her life in Savannah and on Tybee Island and was a member of St. Paul's Greek Orthodox Church. She helped manage the family business, The Tides Hotel and Apartments, for many years. Mrs. Lenehan was preceded in death by her two husbands, James A. Brown and David Lenehan.
Surviving are a daughter, Stephanie "Sam" B. Williams of Savannah and a son, Jimmy Brown and his wife, Carol, of Tybee Island.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 10:30 until 11:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church followed by the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Abbey Memorial Park.
