Louise Harris Lane, widow of Remer Y. Lane, died October 8, 2012 at Hospice in the company of her family.
Mrs. Lane was born December 23, 1915 in Savannah, GA. She was the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Raymond Victor Harris.
Survivors are Mills B. Lane, III Kay, Louise Lane Talbot Harold, Remer Y. Lane, Jr. Susan, Raymond Harris Lane, Thomas M. Lane Dana and numerous Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
A special thanks to the wonderful Ladies who provided for her care.

Louise was one of my dearest friends and I have many wonderful memories of her. She and Remer 'launched' us when we moved to Savannah, so I am grateful to her for that, also. I've missed her these past few years - but for me she lives still.
