Oscar lived across the street from me on 16th Ave in San Francisco, and he was a very nice person. You could chat with him anytime as he was sweeping his sidewalk. On other days, you could see him moving the neighbor's garbage cans back to their homes following garbage pickup. He and his wife disappeared a few weeks ago, and we wondered what happened to them. We will keep Oscar in our hearts and prayers, and may he rest in peace with God.
