i first met Jimmy as a young real estate agent when he moved to florida. i was very fortunate to have become his friend and help him with real estate needs in the area. He and i spent many hours gabbing like schoolboys over his breakfast table. He the most gracious a man i have ever met and i am going to miss his wisdom and forebearing attitude. He will be sorely missed! Rest in peace Jimmy.
