Hugh and Richard, I wish I could tell you how much I loved Jean. We were good friends since I was about 8,living next door. I'm 60 now, and I have loved her throughout these many years, in so many ways. I promise you that she was an incredible inspiration to me, as I was growing up. How talented she was! What I liked about her most was how she talked turkey. Yet, she was a woman of few words! She made un-draped comments about everything. She was so beautiful and talented. She intensely adored her family. My visits with her taught me a LOT about life. Of course I loved her cooking and I remember your Daddy so beautifully well. What a gorgeous man he was. Don't forget Rex! We will sure miss this lady with the beautiful blue eyes who knew so much, it was nearly mind-boggling to me. I wish I had had the chance to photograph her. My warmest love, Nancy
