Louise Howard Hillegass, 69, of St. Petersburg, Florida passed away on Tuesday, January 17, 2013, at Bon Secours Place. Born in Savannah, Savannah, Georgia she attended Catholic University and received her Master's Degree at University of North Florida. She was president of Junior Women's Club of Jacksonville, Florida.

She was preceded in death by her parents Marie Johns and R. John Couper Howard.

She is survived by her husband of 50 years James E. Hillegass, II, and children; James E. Hillegass, III Sheree, , Vera Muzzillo Greg, Lee Parr Bill, Katherine Maxwell Stan, and Steven Hillegass Julie; and 18 beloved grandchildren.
