Richard H. Miller
SAVANNAH - Richard H. Miller, 70, of Savannah, died at home February 1, 2012.
A native of Portland, Maine, he was a retired general contractor and was also retired as a code inspector for the City of Garden City and the City of Richmond Hill. He was predeceased by his parents, C. Richard and Virginia Miller.
He is survived by his son, Richard H. Miller, Jr., a sister, Andrea M. Benton Wayne, a niece, Laura Crow Del, a nephew, Wayne Andrew Benton, Jr. Summer, three grand-nephews, Jackson, William, and Banks; and a grand-niece, Hannah.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, February 3, 2013, at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, The Rev. Carl Yost of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Ascension presiding.
The family wishes to thank the many kindnesses of Hospice Advantage Savannah, Dr. Stephen Malone and staff, and also his caregivers at home, Gladys English, Linda Gault, and Shawna Cutting.
