Savannah, GA- Carol Pond Payne passed away May 3rd, 2013 at Memorial University Medical Center in Savannah, GA after a lingering illness.
Mrs. Payne was a Kansas native who moved to Greenville, SC in 1960 with her husband, the late Harry H. Payne, III. She was blessed to have made many friends during her time there. She is survived by her children, Elizabeth Payne of Savannah, Diane Payne Hartman of Brandon, MS and Philip Payne of Clinton, SC. Her three grandchildren, Allison, Andrew and Audrey, will miss their Meemaw.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
