Celebrating the life of
Lisa Marie Lico Pynn
February 23, 1980 - January 18, 2014
Lisa Marie Lico Pynn, 33, was taken from us January 18, 2014. Our beautiful, shining light has gone before her time. Born in Westwood, New Jersey, Lisa attended school in Park Ridge, NJ until moving to the coastal empire area where she attended Effingham County High School. Her creativity and talent were shown in her professional cake design/decoration and she instructed cake decorating at A.C. Moore. Above all, Lisa was a devoted and loving wife to her husband Nathan, currently serving a tour in Afghanistan, and she was an adoring mother to six-year-old Thomas. Lisa had a brilliant spirit, great affection for her loved ones and a deep kindness unique to her warm heart.
She is survived by her husband, Nathan G. Pynn of Pt. Wentworth; son, Thomas Pynn of Pt. Wentworth; mother, Linda Beard of Rincon R.Beard; father, Leo Lico of Myrtle Beach, SC C.Lico; brother, Rick Lico of Redmond, WA A.Lico; mother-in-law, Janet Pynn of Savannah; aunt, Bev Jennings of Rincon A.Jennings; and nephew, Caid Lico of Redmond, WA; and many other loving family and friends.

I am so sorry for your loss. Lisa was my Wilton Cake decorating instructor. She was such a sweet, beautfiul and talented young woman and I will miss her. In class I would worry I would forget what she taught me, but she would always assure me that her voice will be stuck in my head forever. Lisa, you will always be with me wether it's your voice instructing me how to do something or those loud boots you always wore to class or that bright happy smile you always had on your face, I will never forget you! ~John 16:22 you have sorrow now, but I will see you again, and your hearts will rejoice, and no one will take your joy from you. Til we meet again my friend! Scincerely, Kelly Campbell

Lisa was a phenomenal woman. She wasn't just an instructor to me, but she was my mentor. Her smile warned my spirit and she just brought a calm welcoming spirit in the room. I enjoyed having her as my instructor and wish I could have learned more from her. Everything about her was amazing. You will be truly missed! Thanks for making such an impact on my life!

You were one of the coolest people I ever knew. I always looked up to you and admired you, from your beauty, to your awesome personality, to your talent; you were admired, respected, and loved. I'll never forget working with you, going out with you, or hanging out with you as our boys played together. You were a great mom, a fun friend, and an amazing artist. Your talent will remain unmatched. My biggest regret is not taking your class, I kept bragging about you, and I'll forever wish I had learned from you. You will be so missed and forever loved. RIP

Nathan and Thomas, Words cannot describe the deep sadness that Teri and I feel for your loss. You and Lisa have been good friends to us and our children ever since we met. Lisa was a kind hearted person who could always put a smile on anyone's face. She made Kayla and Jack's birthday cakes every year and they truly loved her. Teri and I will miss her as I know you will. Take comfort in knowing that she is at peace in Heaven with Jesus. I regret not being able to be there with you now. If there is anything at all you may need help with, do not hesitate in asking. My sincerest condolences, Kevin Ryan Revelation 14:13 And I heard a voice from heaven saying, “Write this: Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on.” “Blessed indeed,” says the Spirit, “that they may rest from their labors, for their deeds follow them!”
