Savannah- Glenn W. Forbes 60, died Monday. February 3, 2014 at Memorial Health University. He was a native and lifelong resident of Savannah and a graduate Herschel V. Jenkins High School. Glenn loved life, the outdoors, fishing, riding his motorcycle and Nascar.

Surviving are, his wife, Jennie Strickland of Savannah, his brother, Ralph Laighton Forbes and his wife Celeste of Richmond Hill, his sister-in-law, Judy Strickland and husband Don of Claxton., his brother-in-law, Larry Strickland of Black Creek; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and his beloved cocker spaniel, Tessa.

A Memorial Service will be 6 p.m. Friday, February 7, 2014 at Fox and Weeks Hodgson Chapel with the Reverend Jim Giddens officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

Remembrances may be made to a Charity of Choice.
