Herbert Bachman Weaver Jr., died Friday, February 14, 2014 at Hospice Savannah, Inc. He was born August 19, 1928 to the late Herbert Bachman Weaver and Dorothy Hartman Weaver. He was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Barbara Webster Weaver and daughter, Anastasia W. Walsh.
He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Herbert B. Weaver III and Kelly S. Weaver, daughter and son-in-law, Holly W. and Edward A. Kenreich Jr., brother, Isaac Hartman Weaver and his wife, Hilda R. Weaver of Lancaster, PA; eight grandchildren, Ashley T. Ward and husband, Josh Ward, David Alexander Tootle, Matthew E. Kenreich, Robert Austin Lee, Katherine B. Kenreich, Casey D. Walsh, Herbert B. Weaver IV, Cameron W. Weaver and two great-grandchildren, Kole Ward and Hayden Tootle.
The family wishes to thank Mr. Weaver's longtime caregivers at the Marshes for the kind and wonderful care given over the years.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, February 22, 2014 in the Hodgson Chapel of Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors conducted by Reverend Ken Philbeck.
