BLOOMINGDALE, GA - Mary Catherine "Cathy" O'Neal, 43, passed away Monday, February 17, 2014, at Hospice House surrounded by her loving family.
A native and lifelong resident of Savannah, Cathy was a loving wife, mother, daughter, and sister.
She is survived by her husband, James Danny O'Neal, Sr.; her children, Staci Anna O'Neal, James Danny O'Neal, Jr., and Emily Diane O'Neal; her mother, Diane Martin; her father and step-mother, Robert V. and Sherron Martin; her sisters, Dori Williams Weyman, Kelly Groover, Amy Hall Everette, Cindy Pond Carlton, and Kim Parrish; nephews, Charlie Rice Mary, Steven Williams, Timothy Williams; great-nephew Andrew Allen Rice; aunt and uncle, Donald and Becky Jahn; aunt, Janice Hernandez; numerous cousins; and lifelong friend, Angel Abell.
A Memorial Service to celebrate Cathy's life will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 20, 2014, at Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests remembrances to Hospice Savannah, P.O. Box 13190, Savannah, GA 31416.
