Emma and Bill, your mother was always such a joy when she came into the office with Ping and Pong. She truly was a kind person, and I will miss her. I am praying that you find comfort in the memories that you have of her. May perpetual light shine upon her.

Please accept my sincerest condolences in the loss of your mother and grandmother, Ruth. I had the pleasure of working with her at USAir in Buffalo for 5 years. She taught me a great deal both at work and on trips. She'll always be remembered as the elegant lady she was, as captured in a portrait that hung in her home showing her with her hair in her signature chignon, wearing an elegant dress and fine jewelry.

Worked with Ruth Ann at USAirways Buffalo. She was a class act and I always enjoyed her stories and the way she used to try and look at the computer with her glasses! She always would acknowledge what you were saying by nodding her head and inhaling from one of those little cigs. Just thinking of her makes me smile. :D
