Margaret Jean Hamlin, 81, of Pembroke passed away on Thursday April 10, 2014.
She was born in Buncombe County, North Carolina to the late Robert and Roxie Ann Brown Frisbee on May 13, 1932. Margaret was predeceased by her husband of 32 years, Willie 'Bill' Ezell Hamlin, and is survived by her 4 children; daughter Deborah Free and her husband Joseph of Savannah, GA; sons Larry West, Steven Hamlin and Michael Hamlin all of Pembroke, Ga. Margaret had 6 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
Margaret was proud to have been a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution. Margaret enjoyed her family, her flowers and her animals. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
A viewing and visitation will be held Saturday April 12th at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel in Savannah, Georgia between 2pm – 4pm.
