William E. M. Belford
William E. M. Belford, also known as “Dub” passed away peacefully at home with his daughter by his side. He was born in Jackson, Mississippi on August 7, 1945 and lived in Savannah most of his life. A graduate of UGA, he also served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Cary, and is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Jamie and James Forrest, his grandson Taylor, also by his son and daughter-in-law Casey and Sarah Horan, and grandchildren Emily, Isaac, and Leah.
Cremation has already taken place and the family will scatter the ashes privately.
Remembrances may be made to Pancreatic Cancer Research or PAWS of Savannah.

My condolences to the Belford family I am so sorry for your loss. May Jehovah be with your family in your time of grief, we all know how you feel because we all have loss someone we love. But you can have hope because God has said there is going to be a resurrection for all mankind . At John 5:28,29 it talkes about a resurrection hope . Again I am sorry for your loss.

Dub was our mailman and was so nice to us. We always chatted for a minute or two when I saw him out at the mailbox. He even had a gift for my daughter on her birthday one year. We will miss him... Susan, Steve, Jasper and Kiffin Brun
