Gloria June Summers Porter crossed over on Friday, September 26, 2014. She is survived by her daughter Carol Porter Bailey, grandson Wyman Bailey, granddaughters Emily Ryan Porter and Elena Porter, a sister Shirley Tollison and a brother-in-law Lee Tollison.

There will be a graveside memorial service held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, October 18, 2014 at the Poplar Springs Historic Cemetery in Hiram, Georgia.
