GUEST BOOK

Mr Jack and Chip were always a welcoming sight at Southside Baptist. His warm voice and smile will be missed.

Mr. Jack was such a sweet man. I never saw him without a smile on his face, and I am sure that smile is even bigger now that he is truly home. I am sorry I was not able to attend the visitation or funeral this week.

- Amy Claxton, Savannah, GA

Knowing someone you love is going to pass, does not make it less painful, but memories of Jack will live on for years. He always shared that big smile and a warm hug every time I saw him. Jack was kind, gentle and genuine - a true gentleman.

- Debbie Rose, Savannah, Ga

I’ve missed seeing Mr. Vinall walking his dog and later, walking alone. That is how I came to know this outstandingly generous, friendly, energetic and intelligent man. He will be missed by all who knew him. Please accept my deepest condolences.

We are going to miss you Jack. What a nice friendship we have had for some 38 years when my sister Helen married your son Jack. James already knew you from working at Interstate Life Insurance Company. I was already acquainted with Betty from the Beauty Parlor. Small world.

- James & Beverly Clark, Richmond Hill, GA

What a long and beautiful life Jack lived. He is definitely going to be missed. I pray that his loved ones rely on God to strengthen them during this time. He wants us to come to him when we’re dealing with hard times. He truly loves us as a whole and individually.

I wanted to pass along my condolences to your family. I am the middle daughter of James and Maxine Liles. I remember Mr. Vinall with that big smile he had. I never realized he was raised in Iowa where I now live (after marrying an Army guy). I pray that all of the good memories you have of Mr. Vinall will help in the days ahead.
