Later, she was owner and operator of The “B” Hive children’s shop for many years. To say she was a strong woman does not do her justice. Her motto in life was “I will survive”. She cherished her time with family and friends, and opened her home to all. Her passions were traveling, going on cruises, gardening, fishing, crabbing, boating and especially spending time on the family dock.

Her family cordially extends its gratitude to everyone who cared for her over the duration of her illness. Donation may be made to the Ronald McDonald House, 4710 Waters Avenue, Savannah, GA 31404.

Visitation shall be on Sunday, May 24, 2015 from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm at Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel.
