Beverly T. Brisendine

Beverly Thomson Brisendine, age 74, died July 30, 2015 at St. Joseph/Candler Hospital after a long illness She lived in Savannah all her life attending Pape School and graduating from Savannah High School in 1958.  She was a member of Quis Qui Sorority, a Girl Scout leader volunteer, and a homemaker. Beverly was married for 44 years to Johnny Brisendine who passed away in 2001.

Surviving Beverly are her daughters Lisa B. Neville (Ricky) and Debbie Swafford (Denny Durrence), a son Eddie Brisendine (Nancy), her grandchildren Chris Swafford, Michelle Swafford Brewster (Kenny Shaw), Shannon Brisendine Taylor (William) and Benjamin Neville, her great grandchildren, Dalton Brewster, Lane Brewster, and Travis Taylor and a sister Marsha Thomson Marchant.

The family wishes to thank Drs. Lorenz and Moriarity in addition to the ICU Staff and 6th floor South Nurses at Candler.

The family will receive friends at a Celebration of Life at 3 Amanda Dr., Burnside Island on Saturday, August 1st at 4:00 p.m. Interment will be private.
