GUEST BOOK

Just a note to Dino's family, all your friends at Sails and Rails so enjoyed all the fun and laughter we had with you at Spankys. I miss your smiling face coming done Factors Walk every morning when we were going to work. Love Pat

First met Dino in Falmouth, where we worked together at On The Rocks. Then shared a house in Killington, VT, where we worked at the Pickle Barrel. He was responsible for generating much laughter with his dry wit and intelligence. We spent carefree years in the same circles and I feel fortunate to have known him well. Rest in peace old friend.

- Sheila Jeffers Marshall Pilsmaker, Killington, Vt

I lived in the "Pink House" with Dino, who we used to also call "Daddy", I also spent a wild summer with him on Cape Cod, actually his first of many. Used to visit him when he worked in Boston, more fun the legally possible. We worked and lived together in New London at Thames Valley Steel. He was a great guy who I can still remember was always laughing and turely had a unique view of life. Although I have not seen him since the 70s, I will miss him. Great guy is not a good enough description. We will miss you Dino.

- Jack Carey, Beijing, China, jChaoyang

My thoughts and prayers are with Dino's family at this difficult time. Dino was such a character, I hope he, Kathy and his parents are having a hell of a party up in heaven. RIP until we all meet again.

RIP Dino! You always had a smile and made everyone feel great. You are a legend and will be missed by all that had the privilege to call you friend.

- Julie Beasley-Deason, Newington, Ga.

Dino was an untold mentor of mine. I worked at Spanky's on river street for over 9 + years and started young. He was always a motivator for me to "Get that degree" and to better myself. He always said once you have your degree your options are limitless. Working at the restaurant all through college, every Friday morning and Saturday night he would ask how my school work was going and was such a kindhearted friend. Dino would always tell me how it is with no hesitation. He was a straight shooter and loved to have fun and make jokes at everyone's expense even himself! I will always remember his love for hard work and fun that he passed onto me. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends he has left behind. Nothing hurts worse than loosing a loved one. But take peace in knowing he is having the time of his life up above.

- Lauren Perkins, Savannah, GA

A legend has passed to join his fellow Cape Cod bartenders - Boomer, Gagne and Flag and owners The Baron, Crowley and Louis Regis. One can only imagine the laughs they'll be having and the mischief they'll create as they spread their happiness to others. I could never look at Dino without breaking out in a smile and song. A simply wonderful human being and a very sad loss for all of us. "One Less Bell to Answer" :)

- Elaine Giampietro, Monterey, CA
