Adele Lillian Arcangeli

Adele Lillian Arcangeli died on the 7th of December, 2015 at the age of 90 years and is survived by Louis R. Arcangeli Sr., her loving and devoted husband of 65 years. Adele DiCrecchio married Louis Arcangeli in Philadelphia in 1950, and she was the devoted mother of eight children, many grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Her son John Arcangeli predeceased her in 1992. Her surviving children include Louis R. Arcangeli Jr. of Atlanta(Janet), Barbara Mancini(Steve)of Brentwood, TN, Ralph Arcangeli(Kathy) of Oak Ridge, TN, Adele Auyong (Walton)of Mililani, Hawaii, Ann Arcangeli Sisson of Augusta, Paul Arcangeli of Washington, DC, and Steven Arcangeli of Carson City, NV. Adele is also survived by her dear brother Ray DiCrecchio and wife Betty of Lawrenceville, NJ. and very dear friends Genevieve O'Conner, Kevin Sofa, Joe and Jan Pasquale and Bob Wheat.
Mrs. Arcangeli was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Parish on Tybee Island, a member of the Optimist Club and a founding member and volunteer of the St. Michael's Thrift Shop for over 30 years.
Adele and family are very grateful for the excellent medical care and attention provided by her physicians especially Dr. Stephen Malone and Dr. Michael Hasselle.
A memorial mass will be held at St. Michael”s Catholic Church Thursday. December 10, 2015 at 11:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to St Michael's Catholic Church (Tybee Island), Hospice Savannah, (P.O. Box 13190 Sav. GA 31416), or Benedictine Military School (6502 Seawright Dr., Sav. GA 31416).
