Frank was one of the dearest people I will ever know. I worked with him at the Chatham County Recreation Department where he was recognized as the Employee of the Year & really could have won that every year for his dedication that only Frank had. When he talked to me about Frances, one of his children, his grandchildren, & his faith he always glowed with such pride. Rest in peace Frank...yesterday heaven received a true angel!!!
