Tony and I were lucky enough to meet the dynamic duo of John and Lynn Clements shortly after moving to Savannah in 2013. What a blessing! Any time spent with John and Lynn was sure to be enjoyable. Lynn as a friend meant inviting warmth and easy conversation, often with a humorous twist. Lynn as a hostess at her beautiful home meant laughter, good company and a delicious meal. Lynn in the neighborhood meant seeing her with her beloved dogs out for a walk, and upon a chance meeting, a friendly chat with the neighbors. And if she came for a get- together at our house during UK basketball season, it meant there better be a TV on to keep track of the game! She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. I met Mrs Clements back in the 80s. I am friends with her son David. Eventually I became friends with Charle and Hunt. Lynn excepted me in as one of her own.
