Celebrating the life of
Juliano Giorgios "Jules" Mastroianni
April 17, 1995 - April 14, 2016
Forever In Our Hearts
It is with our deepest pain, anguish, and sorrow and heavy, broken hearts that we say goodbye to our sweet, special boy, Juliano Mastroianni. Jules will forever be remembered for his charming and charismatic personality, his sense of humor and wit, his beautiful dreams and aspirations, his big loving heart, beautiful face and spirit, and huge illuminating smile. He has touched us all in so many ways and we will always keep him close in our hearts and in our prayers. His entire family, his mother Sophia McGuire, step-father Barry Weiner, siblings Ariella, Aristotle, Caprece, Bianca, step-siblings Jessica, Hallie, Ross, David, Noah, Stephanie, and Samantha, father Roberto Mastroianni, maternal grandparents George and Georgina Efstathiou, and paternal grandparents Don and Rita Mastroianni, aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends, and his little pal Sirius Lee are all deeply devastated and saddened beyond words for this indescribable and unspeakable loss. Our grief is immeasurable. We pray for peace and tranquility for the beautiful angel he has become. He will be truly missed and treasured by us all.
Sophia, Barry and their children invite family and friends to join them at Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Islands Chapel, 4605 Highway 80 East between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 20th.
Please join Sophia and her family in celebration of Jules’ life to be held at his home, 21 Teresa Lane, Tybee Island on Thursday, April 21st, 6:30 p.m.
In lieu of flowers we know Julian would be most grateful for any and all donations to be made to sophiescircle.org a rescue shelter saving the lives of animals in need. We have our beautiful boy Sirius Lee because of these caring and dedicated people.

A life cut short will forever be mourned. The shared memories, the laughs and tears, those funny sometimes embarrassing moments will fill the emptiness of the days and years to come with a needed smile. The hope of seeing dear Jules again lingers on the hearts of all who loved him. How thankful to know that that hope is sure as the words of our Lord Jesus at John 5:27-29, and that hope does not lead to disappointment (Romans 5:5). Allow the scriptures to comfort you today and for all of your tomorrows.

Dearest Sophia, I read the obituary for your dear boy in our local paper with such a heavy heart. What an unspeakable tragedy to endure! I remember so fondly your lovely family and the warmth you extended to Matthew when he visited. I always thought you were so loved by your happy children, a treasured mother, a lovely memory. Please accept our sincere condolences. You and your whole family are in our thoughts.

Dear family, I still remember Julian's first day at SCDS. That morning he was wandering around just looking for a friendly face. I hope he found that face in mine. I will remember his dazzling smile, quick wit, and keen mind. He was certainly one of a kind and I looked forward to the man he would have become. Please accept my deepest sympathy for you at this time of your loss. He will always be remembered by me and so many others here at SCDS. Peace to you... DJ Queenan

My heart has been heavy since hearing this news. I worked with Julian at Social years ago and he always said he was going to marry me someday, even though we were 20 years apart. He always made me laugh. What a sweet kid. Rest in peace, sweet boy.
