A life cut short will forever be mourned. The shared memories, the laughs and tears, those funny sometimes embarrassing moments will fill the emptiness of the days and years to come with a needed smile. The hope of seeing dear Jules again lingers on the hearts of all who loved him. How thankful to know that that hope is sure as the words of our Lord Jesus at John 5:27-29, and that hope does not lead to disappointment (Romans 5:5). Dear family, I still remember Julian's first day at SCDS. That morning he was wandering around just looking for a friendly face. I hope he found that face in mine.
