I was so saddened to hear of Frank's passing. He was a former neighbor in Paradise Park and a real friend. He was so talented with his hands. I can remember him rebuilding the fiberglass body of his corvette and helping me rebuild a radiator. Along with Marcus Howard, he was one of my true friends in Savannah and I will miss him.
