I will never forget being at the Port Wentworth reunion laughing with Ms. Coker (and we got in trouble and had to go outside). She was a nice person, as was Mr. Coker. My Dad, Nephi Malphrus, also built Walter's house at Vista Point. I know she will be missed by her family, and our thoughts and prayers are with you during this sad time.
- Ginger Malphrus, Statesboro, GA
I am so sorry to read of Walteen's death. She was a nice lady who married a nice man. I remember them from Port Wentworth days. My late husband built a home for them in Port Wentworth before them went on to other places.
- Jacquelline Lee Malphrus, Statesboro, GA
My sincere condolences to the Coker Family on the passing of your dear loved one. May Jehovah God, the God of comfort grant you his peace while you await the fulfillment of his promise at John 5:28(to resurrect those who have been asleep in death. May Jehovah God, Walteen linger in your hearts and bring you peace in the days to come.
