Shirley Mock Walker
November 26, 1934 - June 28, 2016
Shirley Mock Walker, 81, passed away Tuesday, June 28, 2026. She was born in Sylvania, Georgia and moved to Savannah in 1953. Mrs. Walker was retired as the Chief of Procurement with the Corps of Engineers and a member of White Bluff United Methodist Church. Surviving are her husband of 63 years, Gordon T. Walker of Savannah; two sons, Dan T. Walker and David A. Walker both of Savannah; aunt, Cecile Crockett of Savannah and several cousins.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 5, 2016 in the Hodgson Chapel of Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, conducted by Reverend John Haney. Inurnment will follow at 3:00 p.m. in Screven Memorial Park Cemetery, Sylvania, Georgia.
