I'm both stunned and saddened to hear about this. There are no kind words or phrases that would help you through this time. I haven't seen Roger since graduation. My prayers of comfort and sympathy are with you.

Dear family of Roger: Roger was one of my favorite classmates of Camden Military Academy. Roger and I started together in Bravo Company in August 1983. I always admired how nothing seemed to stress him out. He took the good and the bad in stride. In an environment filled with too much testosterone, Roger was a kind soul. He would do anything for anyone, and he always had something positive to say, no matter the circumstances. I am better for having known him. He will be missed, but my memories will always be of that Howdy-Doody looking 18 year old with a smile and a laugh. Thank you for sharing Roger. My thoughts and prayers to your family. Paul

Loss is never easy, Cadet Pughsley had the respect of others on the campus of Camden Military. He never hung his head low and never said he couldn't do anything. He was one of those Cadets that stood out. He had pride in the way he carried himself and pride in the way he treated others. You will be missed Brother! From myself and all the other brothers from Camden Military, we will all miss you. As we all play taps for you, each and everyone of us, are at attention saluting you. God Bless you and your family.
