Savannah, GA- Mrs. Jennings died at home at the Marshes of Skidaway Island, Georgia on Sunday, October 31, 2016. She was born on October 3, 1922 in Denver, Colorado.
She was married to the late William Champe Jennings for 53 years. She and her husband lived in Darien, Connecticut, Sydney, Australia and Columbia, South Carolina.
She is survived by one daughter and two sons-in law: Mr. and Mrs. A. Daniel Wolff III of Jacksonville, Florida and Mr. W. Lloyd Wood of Savannah, Georgia; five granddaughters, Mrs. Thomas H. Ellis of Atlanta, Georgia, Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Zeigler of Columbia, South Carolina, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Poitros of Chapel Hill, North Carolina, Ms. Dana Elaine Wolff of San Francisco, California, Mr. and Mrs. Sean Campbell of Denver, Colorado; and two great-grandchildren, Tommy and Elizabeth Ellis of Atlanta, Georgia.
A private family graveside service will take place on Sunday, November 13, 2016 at Elmwood Memorial Gardens, Columbia, South Carolina.
The family greatly appreciates the loving care she received by her special Aids at the Marshes and by Compassionate Care Hospice.
