Martha Chafin Voigt, 85, died Friday, September 22, 2017 under the care of Hospice.
The family will receive friends at 10:00 a.m. followed by the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, September 25, 2017 at Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors. Islands Chapel. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.

I am sorry for your loss. Death is painful to all of us. However God's word the Bible always offers encouragement. A scripture I find comforting is Isaiah 25:8. There Jehovah promises to do away with death and all things that bring us pain. That will be very satisfying! I hope this thought has been comforting to you. May positive thoughts fill you hearts and minds as you endure this difficult time.

We are so sorry for your loss. Just hope you know that you and your family are being thought about in this difficult time. There is so much that could be said but all seem inadequate at this time. Martha was a beautiful woman with a heart of gold and left her unforgettable legacy on this world with her family whom she loved so much. We cherish all the fond memories we have of her.
