Celebrating the life of
Ann Burford Robertson
January 31, 1945 - October 13, 2026
With great sadness and hearts filled with love, we announce the passing of Ann Burford Robertson. She was born in Pine Bluff Arkansas to Dudley Marshall and Juanita Burford on January 31, 1945. Ann spent her childhood growing up on a farm in Grady, Arkansas. After graduating high school, she attended the University of Arkansas. In November of 1965 she married the love of her life, William A. Robertson (Buddy). They built a life together while Buddy served in the US Army. They moved their family to Georgia in 1980 where Ann began a career in Real Estate. As a devoted Realtor of more than 40 years, she was a mentor and a leader in the Real Estate community. Ann was devoted to her craft and caring for her clients needs. She was not only able to convince herself that she was capable of anything, she was an expert in convincing those around her as well.
She leaves behind her loving husband of 61 years, William A. Robertson (Buddy), her daughter, Shari Robertson Broome (Tommy), her son, Brett M. Robertson, her grandchildren, Joey Robertson (Summer), Will Broome (Christina) and Sara Robertson as well as 3 great grandchildren.
To live in the hearts of those that we leave behind is not to die.
A private service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Ronald McDonald House of Savannah.
Our hearts break for the Robertson Family. You all have always held a special place in our hearts and always will. Ann is a great lady and friend and will be missed dearly. We send much love and prayers.

My deepest condolences to all of you. I first met Ann when I was looking for my first home. She was working for Konter and was sitting in a new construction home in Georgetown. I didn't buy from that builder but I remembered her. More specifically the look that came over her face, over something Jerry said. We met again, when I became a Realtor and served together on the Awards committee for many years. You always knew where you stood with Ann. And in Awards, we feel her presence still.

Ann was a delight! We shared great times together watching The Savannah Cardinals play baseball and selling real estate! She was a leader in the Savannah real estate industry. Her service to our Board of Realtors made our profession better. My condolences to Buddy, Ann's family, and loved ones.
