I am so saddened by the loss of Sandy and Meredith. The McCorkles lived across the street from me in Mayfair and Meredith was my flower girl in my wedding. This is truly a very hard thing to understand but God has gained two angels!

I was Meredith's first grade teacher at Hancock Day School. I have such sweet memories of her. She was a bright spot in my classroom. I am so sad to hear of her passing. I also loved her mother, Sandrae. She was a very respected and admired educator. I send the family my love and will keep them in my prayers. May God comfort you at this difficult time.
