Betty Hamilton Furlong

Betty Hamilton Furlong, 68, of Savannah, formerly of Atlanta passed away, Wednesday, June 3, 2026. She was born February 2, 1958, in Savannah, daughter of Phillips Hamilton and Betty McGahee Hamilton.

Survivors include her loving husband, Dannny Furlong, bonus-son, Shane Furlong (Kaitlynn), grandchildren, Kennedy and Sawyer, brother, Phillip Hamilton (Mary), sisters-in-law, Therese Salerno (Michael) and Cynthia Hanson (Lars), nephew, Daniel, and nieces, Christine and Michelle.

A visitation will begin at 5:00p.m. Wednesday, June 17, 2026, followed by a Memorial Service at 6:00p.m. at Fox & Weeks Hodgson Chapel and Pastor Nathan Godley will officiate.

Following a private graveside, a Celebration of Life will begin at 4:30p.m.,Thursday, June 18th at the 17Hundred90 Inn and Restaurant, 307 East President Street, Savannah.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made in memory of Betty to the Humane Society.                           https://www.humanesocietysav.org/
